BUS4030H - Organisational Psychology Research Paper
60 credits at NQF level 8
Students must be registered for BUS4006W (i.e. students must have been accepted into the 4th year of Organisational Psychology.)
The aim of this component is to introduce students to the full cycle of a research project. Students who complete this component also will have a fundamental understanding of the ethics involved in the research process. Staff members conceptualise research projects and act as supervisors who guide students through the research cycle. Students form small research teams and are assigned to a supervisor. Regular meetings take place between supervisors and research teams. Deadlines for completion are set and have to be met at the different stages of the research process. At the end of the process, research teams present their projects.
